Rules
1. You should, of course, be a fan of "Just Shoot Me."
2. You do not have to have a site, but you must have a valid e-mail address. If you do have a site, you need to put up a code, either text or image, prior to submitting. If, when I check your site, the code is not visible, I will simply list your e-mail address.
3. If you have a site, I will not tolerate porn, homophobia or any form of hate.
4. When filling out the form, do not use shortforms like "D," long aliases or initials. Just a simple first name is fine, or a short alias is acceptable.
5. If you ever change your e-mail address or URL, you must fill out an Edit Form or e-mail me about it and not submit another form.
