Sulley is the Top Scarer at Monsters, Inc., a company devoted to capturing the screams of young children in order to run their city, Monstropolis. When Sulley accidentally allows a child, considered harmful to monsters, into the factory, his kind and compassionate nature take over and he cannot help but fall in love with little Boo.
Sulley's down-to-earth and sensitive disposition have earned him respect from co-workers, especially his best friend, Mike Wazowski, as well as his boss, Henry J. Waternoose.
