*Note: Although there are people who disagree with these personal journals being published, I do not feel they revealed anything negative about Cobain at all. In fact, I respected him even more than I already did once I read them. I felt they showed how dedicated he was to his music, his ambition and himself. He wanted to make a difference in the music industry, create a legend. And that's exactly what he did, in my opinion. These journals made me feel so much closer to him, something I can appreciate since his death still upsets me each and every day.
