Welcome to Breakthrough, the approved fanlisting for Season One of the Showtime/Showcase series Queer As Folk.

For anyone who started watching the show during its first season, the title of this fanlisting is probably self-explanitory. There has never been anything like Queer As Folk on television before. It broke boundaries, it was daring and it continues to be one of the most provocative shows on television. Although I could probably never choose a favourite season, Season One is something I hold very dear to my heart; coming across Queer As Folk is one of the best things that has ever happened to me.
